Have you ever been
to a do-it-yourself pizza place? If you haven't already and you just happen to
be in or travelling to Boracay, you have to check this place out.
Okay so don't get me
wrong; you won't actually be able to touch the dough and play with ingredients.
The concept is for you to come in, look at the ingredients and point out which
ones you want in your own pizza. Someone else will do the assembly and the
baking for you.

Location
One of the best
perks of this pizza place is that it is in the beachfront and is in the busiest
station in Boracay. It's really to find and is very inviting.
The Selections
At Php 325.00, you
get to either build your own pizza, or choose from their menu. However, I think
the toppings that they have were very minimal. For an average pizza, their
toppings would suffice or meet the minimum standards of a Pinoy appetite. They
were not bad tasting and it's really just up to you to spice things up with
whatever toppings you choose to add on your dough. I'm saying this because I've
been to Pizza Republic in Cebu where there's just so much more choices for
toppings! So many types of cheeses, meats and vegies were available. Project
Pie's line-up was only about half of what Pizza Republic has.

On the bright side,
they also have unique pizza assemblies namely, S'mores Pizza and Banana Nutella
Pizza. I have no idea what those taste like but they sound so good. And did I
tell you that you can refill your drink up to three times!?

Staff
I love the staff!
They were so accommodating and friendly. I found it awkward that I had to point
out what I wanted for toppings but they made me feel comfortable by explaining
to me which ones would mix well together. We also had some small talks which was
actually nice.
Bang for the Buck
I honestly think
that although the experience was great (not to mention the refreshing cold air
from the AC after being out in the sun), I wish they had more toppings to
choose from. Because of this factor, I would want the price to be cheaper. On
the other hand, I love that I can refill my drink plus the staffs were really
good.

Final Verdict
I love make-your-own-pizza places in general so I vote this a hot! If you love pizza, unlimited toppings and being able to choose which toppings would go into your dough, then this is the best place to go to in Boracay. Let me know how it turned out for you!
