What's In Your Bag?: Kim and Danica

Is it too soon to be doing a “What’s In Your Bag?” post? I was planning on doing this every month and saving this one for the next but I was just too excited and feeling too lazy with the thought of having to bring my huge camera to school on another day.

When I was just conceptualizing this series, I already had a few people in mind whose bags I wanted to feature. I already did my research (Ginkukulba na an mga ginpan-abrihan ko han bag). This post will feature the bags (and what’s inside, of course) of two of my best-est friends whom I’ve been with since high school. Plus I knew they were easy to persuade. Haha. I told both Kim and Danica that I’ll be featuring them. They TRIED to refuse.

First up is Kim’s bag.

This actually wasn’t the bag she’s been using since the start of the semester. But she does alternate her bags every now and then. This is a Heartstrings backpack which is obviously gray with patterns. It has two front pockets.

The right pocket is where she puts her fan and on the other is a coin purse which I believe is a souvenir from Bohol.

The bag has an opening cover and has a sort of stretchable thingy going on in there. I really don’t know what it’s called. I’m not very fond of bags with this type of opening because I feel that robbers would find it really easy to steal my things. Yes, I am very imaginative, but practical.

The first few things here are pretty much random. (1) review materials, (2) a wallet, (3) a cute Twitter notebook even if she doesn’t really have a Twitter account, (4) her brother’s pencil case, (5) cute umbrella.

Her notebook has a lot of clutter that only she can understand. If you can see on the left side, she puts some notes on requirements and other stuff. In the insert is where she keeps her form 5, calendar thingy and other stuff.

Next is her kikay kit. She keeps her girly stuff inside a smaller bag. I know she used to have a different bag and I just noticed it now.

I’m so sorry for the way I took these next photos. It seems like I’m endorsing them or something. And I kind of have gone wrong with the numbering so I apologize.

Alright so the first one is an (1) alcohol, next is of course her (2) bag or pouch or whatever. Then she has a (3) Maybelline tinted lip balm or something. I forgot to ask! Haha. But she said this was definitely her favorite out of everything inside. I remember her saying, “I can’t live without any lip…” thingy.

Next is her (4) tissues. And then there’s her (5) mirror which is actually already broken.

This is my favorite out of everything in her bag, and I’ve never told her that. Haha. Then she has an (6) oil control sheet. I believe she had the Silk Secret(s?) one. She probably ran out because of me and Danica.

Then on to her (7) wet wipes and (8) Clinique perfume which has a really cute packaging I think.

Next is a little (9) comb which I have actually never seen before. Then there’s her (10) brush which a lot of our friends are really jealous of. She actually left her old brush in my room and my other friend borrowed it and it was the last time I’ve seen it! Hahaha! Next is her (11) mouthwash and I don’t know if you can see but she also has some (12) hair pins. Lastly, is a (13) Johnson’s Baby Powder in Blossom.

Moving on to Danica’s bag. I’m not sure if you can notice but she’s actually at the back trying to make her bag stand up. I honestly really like this bag, something I’ve also never told her! Hahaha. She used to have a different bag and when she used this one for the first time, Kim and I were laughing at her because she looked to girly wearing it. I also really like the pattern on the inside.

Danica’s bag has one pocket inside and that’s where she puts her pens, highlighters and pencil. If you can also see, she has her hair elastic band in there. She said she used to have a pencil case but I forgot the reason why she doesn’t have one anymore.

Here are a few items that are school related: (1) notes, (2) notebook and last is her (3) ID.

The next things are quite random. First is her (1) sunglasses. I like the shape of this pair and she looks good wearing them. Next is Danica’s (2) wallet which I’m actually not very familiar with. I’m not even sure if I’ve ever seen this before. But I do really like the color. She keeps a picture of her and her boyfriend inside. Next is her (3) pouch.

I absolutely love this pouch. Right now, I believe she uses this to put our tribe’s contributions. We have the Division of Management (DM) Days and all the students from the division were divided into four tribes. Danica and I are on the same team, so yay! Anyways, this pouch is an Ana Sui one. I’ve come across this brand and learned that it’s actually a cosmetics company. I haven’t really research much but that’s what I know.

Next are completely random things. The first one is actually really hilarious. She has a (1) napkin. Although she urged me not to include this, I wanted to be completely honest in my posts! (HAHAHA) Just kidding, I’m just really being mean. I love you Danica! Then she has a mini (2) mirror which I also have. We got this as a souvenir from our ROTC. Lastly is her (3) extra shirt.
